The continuous drainage from my Dehumidifier is not workingUpdated 10 months ago

If your Dehumidifier doesn't extract water through the water hose, please ensure that the hose and the Dehumidifier are positioned at least 15cm higher than the sink/bucket where the water flows, as our Dehumidifier does not have a water pump.

Additionally, please only use the water hose provided with your product and ensure that the hose runs straight down.
