Removing and cleaning the water tankUpdated 9 months ago

When the water tank is full, the water full indicator symbol will appear, the buzzer will beep 20 times, and both the compressor and fan will automatically stop after a few minutes. 

Please follow these steps to empty your water tank:

1. Press the power button to turn off the unit.
2. Slide the water tank out of the dehumidifier.
3. Replace the empty tank back into the unit.
4. Press the power button to resume operation.
5. If the Water Full light remains on, ensure the water tank is correctly in place.

Please follow these steps to clean your water tank:

1. Remove and empty the water tank following the instructions in the "Emptying the Water Tank" section.
2. Take off the water tank's lid by removing the handle and lifting the lid upwards.
3. Clean the water tank with warm tap water and mild detergent (e.g., dish soap). Note: Do not use boiling water to clean the water tank.
4. Ensure all scale or deposits inside the water tank are removed.
