Cleaning the filter of a Dehumidifier is important to maintain efficiency, improve air quality, prevent mould and mildew growth, and enhance energy efficiency. We recommend cleaning the filter every two weeks. 

Please follow these steps to clean the filter:

1. Switch off the Dehumidifier and disconnect it from the power outlet.
2. Delicately pull out the water tank from the front of the Dehumidifier, as the filter is located behind the water tank.
3. Remove the filter and use a damp cloth to clean it.
