Can I purchase a longer Heat Exhausting Hose from you?Updated a year ago
The Heat Exhaust Hose for our Air Conditioners is 150cm in length. We’ve designed it this way, as longer hoses don't deposit as much hot air outside. They may also cause some hot air to stay in your home. We do not recommend using a longer hose to keep your environment as cool as possible. We also don't sell longer hoses.
If you would like to purchase and fit your own heat exhaust hose, please contact our Customer Care Team for the diameter of the hose.
