My Air Cooler is not cooling my roomUpdated a year ago

We are sorry if you are unhappy with the performance of your Air Cooler. 

It's important to note that Air Coolers aren't the same as an Air Conditioner; Air Coolers blow cool water vapour throughout the room to create a crisp breeze, whilst Air Conditioners contain a coolant that can decrease the entire room's temperature.

Below are the best ways to make use of an Air Cooler:

• Ensure a window or door is always kept open; this allows fresh air to circulate throughout the space and keep the humidity levels low.
• Use cold water and ice packs for your tank. You can also use ice cubes to get an even better cooling effect.
• Clean the honeycomb filter every year before you begin using the air cooler for the season. To do this, leave it to dry in the sun to clean bacteria, and hoover lightly to clear dust. When in constant use, we recommend cleaning the filter once a week.
• Ensure the water tank is at the correct level and the internal water pump is inserted correctly. Do not fill the water tank over the max line or below the min line, and ensure the water level is decreasing whilst in use.
