Error Codes & TroubleshootingUpdated 3 hours ago

What does E1 mean on EasyFreezy?

E1 usually means the mixture needs more sugar or the mixing paddle needs checking.

  1. Check that the mixing paddle is installed correctly.
  2. Check that your mixture contains at least 6% sugar.
  3. Add additional dissolved sugar or a suitable sweetened ingredient if required.
  4. Restart the machine.

What do E2 or E3 mean?

If EasyFreezy displays E2 or E3:

  1. Turn the machine off.
  2. Unplug it.
  3. Wait a few minutes.
  4. Plug it back in and restart.

If the error continues, contact our Customer Care Team.

What does E4 mean?

E4 can indicate that the alcohol content of your mixture is too high.

Dilute the mixture with a non-alcoholic liquid and restart EasyFreezy.

For Cocktail and Margarita modes, keep the final alcohol content between 6% and 16%.

What does E5 mean?

Turn EasyFreezy off and unplug it.

Wait a few minutes before restarting the machine. If E5 continues to appear, contact our Customer Care Team.

Why isn’t my EasyFreezy freezing?

Check the following:

  • Does your mixture contain at least 6% sugar?
  • If you’re making a cocktail, is the alcohol content below 16%?
  • Have you selected the correct mode?
  • Is the tub filled above the minimum level?
  • Is the mixing paddle installed correctly?

If the machine has been running for more than 70 minutes without displaying COL, check your ingredients and ratios.

Depending on the mixture, EasyFreezy can continue cooling for up to 2 hours before entering COL mode.

Why is my EasyFreezy leaking?

Check that:

  • The dispense handle is fully in the OFF position.
  • You haven’t filled above the MAX line.
  • The bottom seal is correctly fitted.
  • The top seal is correctly fitted.
  • The locking cap has been fully tightened.

An incorrectly fitted seal or loose locking cap can allow liquid to escape from the tub.

Why is my EasyFreezy noisy?

Some noise while EasyFreezy is cooling and mixing is normal.

If the machine seems unusually noisy:

  1. Check that the mixing paddle is correctly installed.
  2. Check that there are no foreign objects inside the tub.
  1. Make sure the machine is standing on a flat, stable surface.

Why has my EasyFreezy stopped during use?

Check that the tub is installed and locked into position correctly.

Your ingredients may also need adjusting if the mixture has become difficult for the machine to process.

Allow the machine to cool before restarting it.

My EasyFreezy won’t turn on

Check that the power cable is securely connected and that EasyFreezy is plugged directly into a working wall socket.

Do not connect the appliance through an extension lead or multi-socket adaptor.

If the machine still won’t power on, contact our Customer Care Team.
