My card has expired, will I receive my refund?Updated a month ago

If your original card has expired since your purchase, don’t worry - your refund will still be processed successfully. This is because your bank account details remain linked to the original card.

If your account has been closed, the account holder will be able to trace and recover the funds through their bank.

Please note that refunds can only be issued to the original payment method used for the order.
